MANICURING COURSE 600 HOURS
Course Description:
The manicuring course is structured to successfully prepare students to pass a state administered license exam. Upon successful completion of the state license exam, students have demonstrate competency and are prepared for gainful employment in the field of manicuring and or related fields.
Course Format: The course format would include but not be limited to
lecture, reading assignment, video / audio, hands on demonstration, hands on performance, evaluation, both written and oral.
Course Objective/Goals: The manicurist course of study will prepare students to become licensed manicurist. Basic and Advanced Principles of salon and shop management will enable students to perform services on clients within the school and within their profession. Upon completion of 600 hours of training, students will be prepared for the State Board exam and gain entry level employment.

Sterilization, Sanitation, Bacteriology, Anatomy 75 hours
Physiology and State Law, Ethics & Professionalism 75 hours
Chemical
Sculptured Nails, Product Ingredients 100 hours
Physical
Sculptured Nails, Nail Tips, Artistry 200
Pedicuring 25 hours
Manicuring, Nail Care 125 hours
Total Hours 600 hours
$100 registration fee each program.
Manicuring: $4800 plus $400 book and kit
